How Munibox Works

Getting a Munibox loan is simple:

  1. Complete the Munibox loan enquiry online (or call us on 1300munibox)

    Either complete the on line Munibox loan enquiry or call us on 1300 MUNIBOX. Provide us with your personal and contact details and as much information as possible about your asset with some current photos.
  2. We will value your asset

    Based on the information and photos you have provided us, we will obtain a Munibox Valuation from our team of expert valuers. We will then email you a formal loan offer.
  3. Accept the offer

    Accept our formal loan offer, send us any additional documentation we request, such as copies of identification and asset ownership evidence.
  4. Deliver your asset

    Take your asset to our nearest storage facility with original documentation, keys, log books and anything else we have requested. Your loan documents will be completed and signed, we will then credit the loan into your nominated bank account
  5. Repayment of loans

    Repay your loan by Bpay. Your asset will be ready for collection once cleared funds are received by Munibox.

Safe, secure asset storage

During the term of your loan, Munibox will securely and safely store your asset in one of our state of the art secure storage facilities Australia wide. Whilst in our possession, your asset is fully insured*. When your loan is repaid, your asset will be ready for collection in the same condition you left it.

* insurance is limited to the valuation used by Munibox to calculate your loan limit. In addition, Munibox recommends you retain your own insurance over the asset and you advise your insurance company of the location of your asset for the term.
